Formerly Checkout Computer Systems Limited, XN Checkout is the market leader in the provision of EPoS (electronic point of sale) systems and software to the UK managed house pub sector.

XN Checkout has more than 40,000 installed POS touch screens world wide (35,000 in the UK) at more than 4,000 sites in a variety of harsh environments, including pubs, nightclubs, hotels and restaurants.

XN identified the opportunity to grow the business through the provision of new products and services to its existing client base. In order to facilitate this, MC Associates were engaged to design and deliver a tailored program of coaching and training to the XN Account Management Team.

As a result of the coaching and the subsequent implementation of expert account development plans and actions, the business has enjoyed significantly increased revenues from its customer base.
