Hey there,
Firstly I love the theme, so thanks you!
However I am having one issue that I cannot seem to resolve.
I have set my homepage to a static page, and I have given that page a featured image, in the same way as I have given many of my pages featured images.
On all my pages the featured image looks great, except on the front page. On the front page the featured image doesnt show up at all and I cant figure out why.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding your query related to the featured image, all the featured image comes from posts. The image will appear when you assign the category to the post and select category in the sections of the front page.
You can follow the path Admin panel > Appearance > Customize > Frontpage and add/enable the sections as per your requirement.

Hi there, thank you for you swift reply, and apologies for my slow one.
I have followed the video and in the drop down menus there I have no options?
Is this because my website has no posts? I only create pages not posts. Can I get the Homepage to show a featured image, without having to create posts? my website is https://aftermidnightgaming.com/An additional problem I have run into is that my website shows text in a tiny font (say an 8), however when i open the customiser it instead shows it as more like a 12, despite nothing having changed. How can I set it to be permanently the 12?
I have been unable to resolve this and have run into a few other issues with glitched out menu items. So consider this closed, as I have changed themes. Thank you for your assistance though.
