First of all thank you very much for buying the pro version of the theme.

At first please log in to your ThemePalace account, there you will find the zip folder of the theme that you have purchased. Download the zip file and upload in the theme folder of your WordPress setup.

Also, you will get the license in your ThemePalace account which you need to add and activate by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Theme License.

We’ve purchased Pro version after testing the website with free version. When we wanted to upgrade the theme to pro version, we couldn’t find install button in order to browse and install pro version. It’s only showing “Buy Pro” button and it takes to your website, but we’ve already purchased the theme directly.

Could you please help us with that? If you need we can provide you with necessary credentials.
