Actually everything is working fine on our side when we tested with the latest version of the theme.
Once, please uninstall and re-install the theme and carry the process to the customization and if the issue still persists, kindly provide us with the specific screenshot so that we can inspect.

The issue might also have raised due to third party plugin conflict so once you verify the plugins conflict by deactivating the plugins one by one except the plugins recommended by the theme itself.
